As parents or carers, on a daily basis we all have to be able to face life’s daily and long-term stresses and challenges ourselves, and simultaneously be able to nurture and support the others in our family. This is where My Resilient Family comes in.

It’s like when you go through the emergency briefing on an airplane – they always tell you to put on your own oxygen mask first so you’re then able to help others.

Think of My Resilient Family as that oxygen mask – making you strong and well both physically and mentally so you can then help those you care for.

There are four membership options available;

Free Bounce, Teenage Bounce, Solo Bounce and Infinite Bounce

Our aim is to make every single one of your visits to My Resilient Family count, and for you to always log off feeling more positive, more informed and more confident than when you logged on!

We accept all major credit/debit cards or alternatively you can use PayPal. Membership subscriptions are for a duration of one year and can be paid monthly (card payments only), or annually in advance (10 months for the price of 12). Your subscription will auto-renew unless this option is switched off in your profile settings after joining.

All prices above and on the chart below are in Pounds Sterling. Members joining from outside the U.K. will be charged in their local currency in line with the prevailing exchange rate at the time of joining.
